Healthy eating and physical exercise
BEEP (Bradford Encouraging Exercise in People) exercise referral service provides advice and support to help you increase your physical activity levels in a safe and effective way. You can go walking, running or cycling in parks in Bradford for free. There are some big parks and many smaller parks in Bradford.
There are also 14 leisure centres in Bradford run by Bradford Council. They offer sports, swimming and exercise classes. You have to pay for activities but the prices are not as expensive as a gym. You can also download an app to find your local Leisure Centre.
