The Housing Standards Team at Bradford Council makes sure that landlords and owners of properties in the Bradford District meet their duties relating to housing standards. These duties include safety, repairs, energy and noise. The HS Team also provides advice and support to landlords and agents, so they know what is expected of them.
The HS Team will also normally try to help tenants and landlords to sort out issues between themselves, where possible.
