We are one of the largest social housing providers in the UK and formed in 2003. Local social housing was transferred to us, from Bradford Council.
Our main business is to provide and maintain affordable high quality housing for our neighbourhoods. We have invested over £400 million in modernising our customer homes and built over 700 homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale.
