This is the best way to access help, as we will have a chat with you, and find out as much information as you are comfortable sharing with us, and then we will be able to give you your options on what you can do next, and how we can support you.
We help everyone who needs it, regardless of your gender identity or sexual orientation, so feel reassured that you can call us and you will be supported.
Our helpline is open from Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 4.30pm. We close for half an hour at 1pm every day for lunch. If you are in immediate danger always call 999.
